The Other Side Of The Door

The Other Side Of The Door is a new horror movie which just been aired in my country today. When I watch the trailer, this movie looks really promising, even the ghost looks scary. The movie genre is Horror and Thriller.

For the movie, everything looks good. They take a place to shoot this movie in India, which I think it's a good place, because India got a mystical building structure and many kinds of mystical legends. Even the house they take to shoot looks big, a little dark and the temple looks so far a way, deep in the forest. 

As expected because it takes a place in India, the movie story is come from the legend in India too.The ghost surprisingly looks scary. The things I don't like about this movie is the ending, which feels like the movie got a next chapter. Overall it's a good movie, and it's getting more scary because the ghost is a kid.

The story is about a one small family Maria, Michael, Lucy and Oliver. One day Oliver died because of an accident. Maria still can't let her little boy gone, she try to contact him again, opening the door of another world.

The Vow

The Vow is an old movie. Although it's already old, it's not stopping me from watching it. I bought the DVD to watch. Before I bought the DVD, I read the synopsis first and I think this movie is good. This movie genre is romance and drama which is based on a true story.

The story is really good. Just like another romance movie. Even the lead cast is really good looking and made a good couples. The ending is good and I love how the fate makes them unify. It's a super sweet and romance movie to be watched in February, a Valentine's month. It's a good movie to watch for a couples.

Bad things that I don't like is how the cast is failed to make me cry for their sad scene. Another thing, their sweet moment together is just a few, where I saw the husband is bad in trying to gain her wife back, so the sweet moment I saw is not a bunch. Is it just me or sometimes their acting looks so awkward?

The story is about a husband and wife named Leo and Paige, oneday they got into a car accident and Paige, the wife, lost her memory about Leo. Leo need to gain back Paige memory's, while Paige start to lose her feelings towards him.

PAN

PAN is actually adapted from a Disney movie, titled Peter Pan. I do love the story and the cartoon from Disney. But somehow, PAN is far away different from the story that I used to love alot when I was a child back then. This movie genre are an Adventure, Action and Fantasy.

For me the story of PAN is really different from the Peter Pan that I to used know. They set a new story. At first the story is really weird, it's take a place in an orphanage where the people are anxious because of World War 2, where I thought that Peter Pan will come and save all of them, but it's not. It's a story about a child named Peter.

When I watch it more further, I think the story is good, although doesn't make any sense, but the ending is good. But untill now I'm still curious what orphanage is it? why the conventual is really scary and so grumpy? lol.

Aside from that what I don't like about this movie is it's place. They make a super flat and boring place, it's not in a place where it can make you amazed, like in a cave which I think is too small, a forest that doesn't look so big, and even a really disorganized Fairy's Land with just a bunch of crystal shining over here and there.

The movie is about a little boy named Peter, which is left by her mother to an orphanage since a baby. Peter want to meet his mother. Then one day a pirates named BlackBeard came and take him and other orphanage child's and went to Neverland. He met a man named Hook and befriend him. Can Peter escaped from neverland and meet his mother again?

ZOOTOPIA

Today I go to Cinema to watch a funny Disney movie that I have been waited, the title is ZOOTOPIA. The first time I watch the trailer, it's really funny, I laugh so hard. The pictures is really cute too. The movie genre is Animation, Action, Adventure and Comedy. 

ZOOTOPIA is a nice movie that can be watched by all ages. It also got a positive messages to the viewer, you can be anything you want. For me this movie is good, it's fresh and funny, from the start. 

I also like the main characters Nick and Judy. But for me the funniest scene is when they're talking with the sloth, even all the people in cinema is laughing hard in that scene, not just me.

The movie is about a rabbit named Judy, which has a dream to become a police, at first she was bullied by her boss, but then she met an annoying fox named Nick, then she got a task to find a missing otter, together with Nick, will Judy find the missing otter?

SPOTLIGHT

Yesterday i got an invitation to watch a screening of a movie that haven't yet been released in my country. So i go there with my cousin. Before I go to cinema, I already check the trailer of this movie. Actually when I watch the trailer the movie looks really cool and promising, but the story is really heavy. The movie genre is Biographical and Drama. 

The movie is actually nice, it's about a story of a team in a big office of Boston Globe to reveal and investigate the case that already buried a long time ago and bring it up again into a Spotlight news. For your info this movie adapted from a true story which is about a sexual abused in a Catholic Church.

Actually this movie is not recommended to a young or teenager kids who still loves action movies alot, because this movie got a really long serious talking and investigation which will makes you bored. Also this movie is really sensitive because it's talking about a negative side of a religion in a country.  

Actually their teamworks to investigate is really nice, but this movie has a deficiency which is the showing time takes so long, like 2 hours and 30 minutes for a really serious talk all the way from the start untill the end of the movie.

Deadpool

So now, I'm coming back to review a new Marvel's movie titled Deadpool. Everyone come just to watched this new released movie. Actually I didn't realized that while watching this movie today, I'm using the same color as the superhero, it is red and black. LOL.

This movie has a sci-fi, adventure and action genre.  It's good, it's funny and bring you a lot of laughter because of the characters and some dirty jokes. I love the action scene of Deadpool, especially when he jump or maybe fly up and start shooting with his guns. The story is nice too, start from the first scene it's already funny and so fresh. 

Somehow I just don't like how they're making this movie story back and forth, why don't they make it like, starting full with the past story then next to the future story. When I watch it now, it feels like a diary of the little boy deadpool. But actually, aside from all of that this movie is in the list of "Must watch movie in Feb 2016" lol. Anyway Marvel never failed to make such a great movies.

The hero of this movie is kind of weird and one of a kind, which I think full of jokes, and that's why he will be kind of popular and got so much loves in overseas. And I think this movie will be kaboom as well not just by Marvel's lovers, but every people around the world.

The story is about a man named Wade, which is love to help people who is in the need of his help, he is strong, playful, and full of dirty jokes. One day he met a girl named Vanessa, they gonna start a new life untill one day, Wade is discovered to have a cancer. An organization lend a hand to help him, but is it a good intention? :)

Aach... Aku Jatuh Cinta

Today I watch an Indonesian comedy and romance movie in Cinema. It looks really awkward right now, because I'm reviewing my own country's movie. Actually when I first saw the trailer I find out that this movie is nice and funny, not that bad like the other Indonesian mature movie. The movie has a romance, comedy, drama, and classic genre.

This movie is nice, it's an old and classical love story. This movie taken a place in 1970 untill 1990's era. Although there are so much sad scene, they aren't failed to added bunch of funny scene. I love how they find a nice place to take a shoot of the movie, the view are beautifull and so classy, and the cast can really draw their emotion so well. 

They wrap up this movie so well with a nice ending. Not just that, this movie is so poetic, you will find so many quotes while watching this movie. The plot is nice, and the love story it's so heartwarming. It's a good movie to be watched by a couples, actually I'm hoping this movie can be aired internationally in Valentine's Day, but anyway, February is a Valentine's month too. 

The movie is about a love story of a girl named Yulia, which fall in love with her playfull friend since a kid, named Rumi, which also her neighbour. They fights alot but they love each other. One day Rumi is gone, and Yulia left alone, will the relationship end just like that?

The Finest Hours

The Finest Hours, I already post the trailer of this movie in my twitter back then. I never thought that I'm gonna watch this movie. I thought this movie would be boring and so much talking scene. At first when it appears in cinema, I'm still doubt to watch it. But then many people said it's a good movie, and it's from Disney, so i think this movie will be good, then I watch it.

The genre of this movie is Drama and History. This movie is based from a true story, the accident which is happen in 1952. A tanker split in two, and there are 32 people inside going to sink really soon and how they struggle for life with some miracle that made them stay alive until a little boat found them and save them all.

This movie is good to be watched for all ages. This is a family movie. I love how Disney never failed to give a nice movie. The movie effects is always good, even the effect of the ocean makes your heart bumping. The sound effect, the song and everything is perfect. Lastly, they really made everything feels like in 1952 era, the hairstyle and the clothing of the artist. 

The movie is about a man named Bernie who is assigned to search and rescue a tanker ship who is in the need of help and going to sink soon which is contain 32 people, in a bad weather, with 3 other crews and a small boat which just can load 12 people. Will all of them be safe?
